SFBT History in the Making

I am a Solution Focused Therapist with a private practice based in Southlake, TX. I specializes in using the Solution Focused approach to work with couples. I am the co-author of the 2009 book The Art of Solution Focused Therapy. My second book, Solution Building in Couples Therapy, was released in 2012. My third book The Solution Focused Marriage: 5 Simple Habits That Will Bring Out the Best in Your Relationship, was released in 2013 and was written as a guide for couples. And my latest co-authored book, Using Solution Focused Brief Therapy with Clients Managing Trauma, was released in 2018.

I have traveled throughout the USA and right across the world, including the UK, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Russia, South Africa, India, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, training psychotherapists, counselors, social workers and coaches to work more effectively with individuals, families & groups as well as helping couples to build more satisfying relationships.
